FAD award winning project
Located in Barcelona, Fabra i Coats manufacturing complex dates to XIX and XX centuries.
The restoration of the old factory was recently completed, part of which was intended for the construction of 46 social housing units. Expanded in 1950, a portion of the building houses the head office of Barcelona’s Colla Castellera Jove
This project received the 2021 FAD Architecture award.
